Nancy L. Cofield, M&AMI, BCI, CBI, is President/Broker of Corporate Investment International of North Florida, Inc. The firm’s innovative, effective and highly ethical approach to business brokerge has quickly brought it to the forefront in its field. As a result of the firms overriding sense of professionalism, Corporate Investment recently received recognition by the Business Brokers of Florida for having associates listed in its top ten and has been honored in the Book Of Lists as published by the Jacksonville Business Journal. In addition, Nancy was personally honored to be named Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2004 Women in Business Awards held annually in Jacksonville. Nancy’s background includes extensive training and education in business management, finance, business valuations and accounting. She currently holds the coveted M&AMI designation (Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary) from the International Business Brokers Association. Her specialties are: Business Valuation and Exit Strategy Planning. Nancy has a wide range of experience in business sales and mergers and acquisitions, and formerly owned and operated JNC Financial Services, Inc., a consumer loan company. Prior to her business ownership, Nancy retired after 22 years as CFO of a large industrial chemical distribution firm, managing its four Southeast locations. She is very active in civic and professional groups. Nancy is a member of the Chambers of Commerce of Jacksonville, Clay County and Ponte Vedra, the Small Business Resource Network of UNF, the Women Business Owners of North Florida, the Southside Businessmen’s Club, the Business Brokers of Florida, and the International Business Brokers Association.
