With CII since 1997 Mr. Vierima has over 20 years of experience related to business mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, financing and development. After receiving his Masters degree, he worked for the U.S. Treasury Department?s Banking Regulation Division where he gained experience in credit and financial analysis. His government service was followed by eighteen years with a Fortune 500 company employed in various financial management positions including M&A Director at the firm?s diversification subsidiary. Scott joined CII in 1997 as a Corporate Finance Intermediary. Successful transactions in which he has participated during his M&A career include business acquisitions, mergers or sales of all sizes up to and including mid-cap firms in multiple industry sectors. He specializes in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Distribution and Business Services transactions at CII. Acquired skills include business valuations, developing M&A related exit strategies or growth plans, business transfer structuring and confidential enterprise marketing. Active involvement in area Chambers of Commerce and community development organizations, as well as serving on numerous small and intermediate size business boards have given Scott a balanced understanding of small to intermediate size business operations and financing. He is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association and it?s Florida chapter.
