No Success, No Fee
We are so confident in our system that we do not charge any upfront fees. Our competitors charge between $10k and $50K. To the best of our knowledge we are the only M&A firm in the country that does not charge upfront fees.
Our competition charges upfront fees for the following: professional valuation, writing a blind profile and Confidential Business Report (CBR) also known as the offering memorandum, research and development of a target marketing list of potential buyers, stationary and postage associated with the mailing of the pre authorized material. In addition to upfront fees you will be charged for any expenses incurred such as travel and entertainment plus a success fee if they sell your company.
If you hire CII M&A, we provide everything our competitors do at no cost to you. The only expense you might have is any pre-authorized travel. Our fee structure is easy to understand: if we don’t successfully sale your business, you pay us nothing.
